02. SITE VISIT & PROPOSAL

We visit your home to assess the space, take measurements, and define the project scope. You will then receive a tailored proposal outlining the design fee and next steps.

04. DOCUMENTATIONS & APPROVAL

We finalize the drawings, specifications, selections, and project details needed to bring the design to life. You will review and approve everything before purchasing begins.

06. INSTALLATION & AFTERCARE

The final elements are installed and styled to complete your space. After the reveal, we remain available to answer questions and provide continued support.

 

VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

01. PURCHASE & QUESTIONNARE

Purchase your package and submit your questionnaire, photographs, measurements, inspiration, and project details within seven days to secure your place in our design queue.

03. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We create a personalized design package featuring a signature mood board, strategic floor plan, custom colour palette, and localized shopping list for clients in Canada.

02. 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION

We meet virtually to discuss your space and clarify your style, needs, priorities, and goals before developing the design.

 

04. PACKAGE DELIVERY

Your completed design guide is delivered within 100 days of your consultation and questionnaire submission, giving you everything needed to implement the design confidently.

This service provides decorative and visual design guidance. If your project requires structural renovations or technical services beyond a virtual format, we may recommend on-site professional support and issue a full refund.
